1. Processing Time
All rugs are made to order. Please allow:

Processing time: 5–10 business days

For custom designs, processing may take up to 3 weeks depending on complexity.
Once your rug is complete, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat rate shipping based on your location:

| U.S. Domestic | 3–7 business days | $8 flat rate or FREE over $100 |
| Canada | 7–14 business days | $15 flat rate |
| International | 10–21 business days | Rates calculated at checkout |
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on carrier delays.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kapwa Rugs is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Customers are responsible for any additional charges once the package reaches their country.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first. Then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
